Patrick Lajoie is a corporate and commercial lawyer in our Toronto office. He is developing a broad practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and general corporate matters.

Patrick joined our team as a summer student in 2023 and returned to complete his articles in 2024 and 2025. During his articles, Patrick completed a secondment with the Royal Bank of Canada, where he gained valuable experience working on a variety of corporate law matters.
