Biography
Ana Lucia Lobos' practice focuses on a range of financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border financing, acquisition financing and corporate financing. She acts for lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions. She has experience with renewable energy financing transactions, notably in wind and solar, which she gained while seconded as a student to a major Canadian power producer.
Ana Lucia earned her J.D. and B.C.L. at McGill University, where she worked as a research and teaching assistant and was involved with the McGill Business Law Association, Legal Information Clinic at McGill, Healthy Legal Minds, and various other groups.
Prior to joining us, Ana Lucia was an associate in the banking and finance group of a major Canadian law firm.
Ana Lucia is fluent in English, French and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Ukrainian.
