We are skilled in the application of trade agreements, national security exceptions, and local preference rules to federal contracting, including legal considerations involving the Industrial and Technical Benefits program and the Controlled Goods Program. We advise on lobbying registration and compliance, responses to third-party access to information notifications, and sanctions and export controls, including their application to emerging and innovative defence technologies and cybersecurity.
