Would you like to bridge the time until the start of your legal traineeship or gain valuable practical experience working on mandates in a full-service law firm alongside your PhD thesis? Then join us as a research trainee (Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter)!

From day one, our research trainees are directly and comprehensively involved in current client-related work of their particular practice group. This not only gives them a comprehensive view of the group’s matters and activities but also the opportunity to get involved directly and take on responsibility.

While working with us, research trainees are closely supported by a partner and a mentor. Mentors act as point of contact for daily tasks, provide immediate feedback and ensure successful on-the-job training.

In addition to client-related work, research trainees have the opportunity to participate in lawyer/client meetings and networking activities, and attend internal events and training programmes.
