German team advises healthcare provider NOVENTI on successful €1.4 billion refinancing

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised one of Europe's leading IT and finance providers in the healthcare sector, NOVENTI Health SE (NOVENTI) on the refinancing of its €1.4 billion syndicated loan with a consortium of banks led by Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG. 

NOVENTI is a pharmacy-owned group of companies based in Munich. The healthcare provider is the market leader in the field of billing, merchandise management and industry software. Within this framework, the company offers software, hardware, financial services and digital platforms for service providers in the healthcare market. Its customers include, in particular, owner-managed pharmacies as well as health care professionals and health care companies close to home in Germany.
