Leila Maxhuni is a banking and capital markets lawyer based in Frankfurt. She advises issuers and investment banks on international debt capital markets transactions, as well as on the regulation of credit institutions. In particular, she focuses on bonds and debt issuance programs (CP, DIP and EMTN).

Leila studied law at the University of Hamburg. After completing her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, she worked as a lawyer at another international firm and a German law firm in Hamburg. Before joining us Leila completed her LL.M. studies at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and was awarded the LL.M. degree in International Business and Economic Law.
