What alternatives an employer can put in place in relation to workers – the Job Retention Scheme; lay off; reduction in hours; reduction in pay; bonuses and other benefits.

Session 4: HR Tips – Back to work – potential claims going forward

This webinar will consider what claims we may see from employees going forward claims re pay, health and safety obligations, and holiday entitlement.
