Norton Rose Fulbright advises on Raffles Hotel at the Old War Office

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised 57 Whitehall Sarl, the joint venture between Hinduja Group and Obrascon Huarte Lain Desarrollos (OHLD) on the appointment of Accor Hotels to an ultra-luxury five star hotel under the iconic “Raffles” brand at the iconic Old War Office development. The Norton Rose Fulbright team worked closely with in-house counsel for Hinduja Group and OHLD.
