Norton Rose Fulbright advises d.i.i. Group on the purchase of a residential complex in Frankfurt

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised d.i.i. Deutsche Invest Immobilien (d.i.i. Group) on the acquisition of a residential complex in Frankfurt am Main.
The residential complex comprises 77 completely furnished apartments and a net space of 4,100 square metres.
d.i.i. Group is in integrated housing company and developer of residential real estate portfolios. Headquartered in Wiesbaden, the real estate company invests in more than 28 locations and has managed approximately 14,000 residential units with a total volume of around €1.7 billion since its foundation in 2006.
The Norton Rose Fulbright real estate team was led by partner Hendrik Theismann in Frankfurt and included of counsel Michael Mehler and associate Daniela Kowalsky. Partner Tino Duttiné and associate Robert Schmidt, also in Frankfurt, advised on the tax matters related to this transaction.
