Biography
Jean-Pascal Bus is a real estate and environment lawyer based in Paris.
He focuses on real estate transactions and has extensive experience of: investment litigation; planning; construction; soil pollution and remediation. Jean-Pascal acts on behalf of a range of French and international clients, including investment funds, listed real estate companies, occupiers and developers, advising on all property transactions in France.
Jean-Pascal started his career in 1993 and was made partner in 2001. He holds a DEA in droit privé général (1991), as well as a DEA in droit international privé et droit commercial international (1990) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He regularly publishes articles in real estate publications and is a speaker at conferences and debates.
Jean-Pascal is a member of the Paris Bar, the French Renewable Energy Association (SER) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
