Caroline Saint Olive is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer in our Paris office. She has experience of business ethics and anti-corruption matters and advises French and international corporations operating across a broad range of sectors.
Caroline has post-graduate degree in Business Law from the University of Paris X Nanterre, and a post-graduate degree in Law and Business Ethics from the University of Cergy-Pontoise. She also holds an Advanced Master's in International Business Law and Management from the ESSEC Business School.
Caroline was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017.
In 2013, Caroline trained in the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Unit at BNP Paribas Cardiff, where she was responsible for the analysis of files for politically exposed/sensitive clients and drafting suspicious transaction reports. She subsequently trained for six months at Tamalet & Associés, a law firm focused on white collar crime and criminal law.
Caroline also trained for six months at Transparency International France where she was in charge of processing testimonies from victims or witnesses of corruption and court case follow-up ('Biens mal acquis' case: embezzlement of public funds in Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Republic of Congo).
Caroline joined us in October 2017. Caroline is fluent in French and English.
