Louis Reynold de Sérésin is a project finance lawyer based in Paris.

He focuses on project financing, including the drafting and negotiation of financing documents under both French and OHADA law. 

These experiences have provided him with a thorough understanding of the financing documentation and negotiation in an international context, as well as detailed knowledge of project financing issues.

Prior to joining us, Louis worked for eight years in the project department of two leading international law firms, where he was involved in numerous project financings.
