Bayo Odubeko is a corporate finance lawyer based in London. Bayo specialises in cross-border acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and investments. Bayo advises on equity capital market transactions including listings and placing of shares. Bayo has advised extensively in the emerging markets with a particular focus on Africa. Bayo has advised across different sectors including in the oil and gas, energy, financial services, telecoms, real estate and FMCG sectors.

Tokunboh Ishmael is an experienced private equity investor with a proven track record. She is MD and co‐founder of Alitheia. In 2015, she co‐founded Alitheia Identity to scale investing across Sub-‐Saharan women‐led SMEs. Tokunboh is a CFA Charterholder, corporate financier and M&A banker who has historically worked on over $5.6 billion in transactions across the US, UK and Africa. Experienced in the energy, oil and gas, technology and financial services sectors, she is now focussed on investing in and building sustainable growth businesses across attractive, consumer‐led sectors including agribusiness, financial services, retail and technology and telecoms, mainly on behalf of discerning institutions, development organisations and corporates looking for a mix of responsible investing, economic impact and social responsibility.
