Norton Rose Fulbright advises DNV GL on its strategic investment in public blockchain service

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised DNV GL, the world’s largest classification society and risk management and quality assurance company, on its minority stake acquisition in leading public blockchain service provider VeChain and the development of its associated blockchain experience and capabilities.

As a global quality assurance and audit company, DNV GL specializes in assessments and certification across all industry sectors. This investment enables DNV GL to expand on the digital assurance solutions it has been working on with VeChain, including leveraging on other IoT technologies to enhance quality assurance and risk management in the manufacturing and production process.
