Norton Rose Fulbright has advised TH Real Estate on the sale of three shopping centre portfolios

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised TH Real Estate on the €250 million sale of three shopping centre portfolio companies in Italy and Spain to a joint venture between TPG Capital and Partners Group.
The properties are located in Bologna and Cosenza (Italy), and Elche (Spain) with a total floor space of approximately 70,000 sq.m.

TH Real Estate is an investment management company, specialising in real estate equity and debt investment worldwide with c.$96 billion of assets under management. TPG Capital and Partners Group are global private equity funds with c.$70 billion and c.$55 billion under investment respectively.
