Norton Rose Fulbright advises Care Luxembourg S.A. on the sale of Linimed Group

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Care Luxembourg S.A., a company held by the London based private equity firm Vitruvian Partners and its founders, on the sale of Linimed Group, a leading provider of outpatient intensive care and artificial respiration with over 40 sites in Germany. The buyer is GHO Capital, a private equity firm that specialises in investments in the health sector.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by real estate partner Maren Stölting and corporate of counsel Nicolas Daamen in Munich and also included of counsel Sabine Meinert as well as employment of counsel Claudia Posluschny and finance partner Andrea Spellerberg in Munich. In Frankfurt of counsel Michael Wiedmann advised on compliance matters and partner Christoph Ritzer on intellectual property and data protection matters. Associates Valentina Navetta, Stefanie Mösges, Jürgen Schlinkmann, Matthias Zimmermann and Sven Jacobs also assisted.

The team advised Care Luxembourg S.A. in the sales process and prepared the legal fact book.
