Restructuring team advises on investor process for Dradura Group

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advises Dradura Group on an international investor process. This has been initiated as a self-administration procedure to find a sustainable solution for Dradura by means of an insolvency plan or individual sale.

Founded in 1941, Dradura is one of the leading international manufacturers of high-quality wire products, particularly for the household appliance industry. The company's core products include wire baskets and inserts as well as other customised wire components for so-called white goods, such as dishwashers. Dradura serves a renowned and long-standing customer base which also includes Miele and Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte (BSH). Other areas of application for Dradura wire solutions include the furniture, automotive and medical industries.
