Philip Jelley is a pensions lawyer based in London.
Philip has extensive experience of all aspects of pensions law and provides general advice to both employers and trustees. In particular, he advises in relation to scheme mergers and reorganisations, corporate transactions, scheme buy-outs and other areas involving the Pensions Regulator and the Pension Protection Fund.
Philip also has pension litigation experience having notably been involved in the widely reported Toray Textiles case, as well as numerous complaints to the Pensions Ombudsman and TPAS.
Philip has presented numerous seminars on a wide variety of pension issues as well as providing trustee training. Philip was previously a member of the Education and Seminars Sub-Committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
