Charlotte Brown is a derivatives and structured finance lawyer based in London. Charlotte has experience of a broad range of capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on OTC derivatives, structured products and structured finance transactions.

Charlotte studied at Bristol University and joined the practice in January 2011. She trained with us and has also completed two client secondments at leading investment banks.
