Biography
Ralph Wilkinson is a commercial / procurement, intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) lawyer based in London. He advises on a range of non-contentious commercial, IP and IT issues across industry sectors, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, such as distribution agreements and terms for the supply of goods and services; licensing arrangements; and IT agreements such as software master services agreements.
Ralph has undertaken client secondments to (i) the Commercial, Innovation and Technology legal team at Barclays Bank (ii) the IT/IP/Procurement legal team at BNP Paribas and (iii) the legal function at bp pulse (BP's electric vehicle charging network in the UK).
