Andrew is a Senior Associate in the corporate department. His practice focuses primarily on the energy, infrastructure, transport and real estate sectors, and he advises on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, complex joint ventures and capital fundraisings.

Andrew studied at the universities of Exeter and Rennes I and obtained an English LLB and a French Maitrîse-en-Droit. He later completed the accelerated legal practice course at BPP Law School and joined the firm in June 2012. Since then, Andrew has been seconded to BP's M&A legal team, ExxonMobil's upstream legal department and the firm's Paris office.
