Llian Williams is a shipping finance lawyer based in Singapore. She advises financial institutions and owners on shipping finance and restructuring transactions and commercial shipping contracts in the shipping and offshore oil and gas sectors. She joined our Singapore office in 2013.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Llian trained and qualified with another international shipping law firm and has experience working in Europe and the Middle East.
