Biography
Charlotte Rowlandson is a corporate lawyer based in London.
Charlotte focuses on the FinTech and InsurTech sectors, advising clients on M&A, venture capital and growth equity investments, consortium joint ventures and general corporate and regulatory matters. She has a particular interest in blockchain, distributed ledger and smart contracts technology and regularly works on ICOs and other crypto-related matters.
Charlotte was ranked as a 'Rising Star' in The Legal 500, 2020. The Legal 500, 2019 described Charlotte's 'attention to detail, coupled with her amazing turnaround speeds, defy understanding' and as 'a power behind the throne'.
Charlotte has spent time on secondment to AIG and HSBC, where she advised HSBC's Strategic Innovation Investment team on proprietary investments into FinTech companies and the corporate aspects of consortium led, trade finance DLT projects.
