Laura Valdez is a derivatives and structured finance lawyer based in London. She has experience of a broad range of capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on OTC derivatives, structured products and structured finance transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura trained in the London office of another large law firm, during which she completed a six-month client secondment at a leading investment bank.
