Nikhita is a banking and finance lawyer in the London office.  She has a particular focus on asset finance and a strong background in aviation-related financing transactions.

Nikhita has broad experience of acting for banks, lessors and airlines on a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including aircraft sales and purchases, aircraft operating and finance leases, tax-driven financings and pre-delivery financings.

She joined as an associate in January 2019, and has spent time on secondment to a major international airline. 

Nikhita read law at the London School of Economics and qualified in 2018.
