Biography
Paul Joseph is an intellectual property and technology lawyer based in London.
His practice focusses on contentious intellectual property, technology and data matters, primarily acting on disputes relating to technology, trade marks, copyright, licensing, data and patents on both the customer and supplier side. Paul also advises on non-contentious licensing structures and M&A and joint venture deals. He has extensive technology, FinTech, media and retail sector experience.
Paul sits on the editorial panel of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice and is a member of the SCL and iTechlaw.
