We want to ensure that our people can balance their family commitments with work responsibilities and have meaningful jobs and careers. Juggling these responsibilities can bring both expected and unforeseen challenges so we proactively support parents, grandparents and carers by providing access to forums and events that help them to manage their work and family priorities.

Supporting our people

Employee resource group: Family Matters

We run a Family Matters network in some of our offices to provide support to those caring for families. We invite specialists to talk about subjects, including mindfulness, and how to support people suffering loss and bereavement. During the year, we also offered some one-to-one sessions on parenting.

  • Positive parenting approach to Christmas
  • Family finances
  • Single parenting: supporting your family to thrive
