  • Matter of the Year – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles/PSA Group: Paris partner Marta Giner Asins and senior associate Michel Pflieger advised on the Morocco merger filing in relation to the global merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and PSA Group.
  • Behavioural Matter of the Year (Americas) - FTC v Qualcomm: Texas partners Richard Zembek, Daniel Leventhal, Marc Collier and Eric Hall, alongside Washington, DC partner Jonathan Franklin and senior counsel Eric Green led the team advising Qualcomm in a landmark monopolization win.
