Norton Rose Fulbright advises Shell on its acquisition of 49 per cent interest in ESCO Pacific

Norton Rose Fulbright has supported Shell on the acquisition of its 49 per cent stake in utility scale solar farm developer ESCO Pacific.  

The transaction gives Shell an interest in a 1GW project pipeline and constitutes its next step towards becoming a global integrated power business. 

Melbourne-based corporate M&A partner Martin Irwin, who led the deal, commented:
