
Updates on the crowdfunding regulation in Türkiye
The Capital Management Board in Türkiye has issued, for public comment, the draft templates of the information forms that are mandatory under the crowdfunding regulations.
Pursuant to Article 35/A(2) of the Capital Markets Law, the principles and procedures regarding the establishment of crowdfunding platforms, their partners, share transfers, employees, the maximum limit of funds that can be invested by each fund provider or collected by project owners and venture companies, and other principles that they must comply with during their activities are determined by the Capital Management Board.
With this authority, the Board published the draft information and made them available for public comment until 14 June 2025.
