Norton Rose Fulbright advises zeuz on its sale to Improbable

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the founding partners of the Munich-based multiplayer technology start-up zeuz on the sale of their company to Improbable Worlds Limited.

The Bavarian start-up was founded in 2017 by CEOs Manuel Karg and Markus Schneider, COO Sebastian Reckzeh and Roberto Omezzolli and now has 30 employees. zeuz uses a container-based approach to hosting and server orchestration to deliver cost and efficiency benefits for game developers. It also offers flexibility and scaling without any backend complications. As part of Improbable, zeuz will expand its cost-efficient hybrid cloud infrastructure to address new markets, and integrate with Improbable’s networking, co-development and game development businesses.

Improbable is a multinational technology company headquartered in London and provides distributed simulation software for video games and corporate use. The company has recently grown strongly through several acquisitions and also maintains its own studios in Canada, the US and UK. Its core product is the multiplayer tool SpatialOS.
