Warsaw expands its corporate and M&A team

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has strengthened its Warsaw corporate and M&A practice with the hire of Ernest Dymel, who has joined the office as counsel.
Ernest has over 10 years of experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, establishing joint ventures and day-to-day corporate services for Polish and foreign clients.
Ernest focuses on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in energy, manufacturing, healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Ernest has successfully represented Polish and foreign clients in several domestic and cross-border transactions, both on the buyer and seller sides.
Ernest has been a qualified legal adviser (radca prawny qualified in Poland) since 2016. He graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in Mergers & Acquisitions.
