Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens real estate team with new head of planning

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that Sarah Fitzpatrick has joined the firm’s London office as head of planning and a partner in its real estate team.

Sarah, who joins the firm from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) where she was a partner, handles all aspects of planning law and practice. She has significant experience in London regeneration and redevelopment, compulsory purchase, high rise development, infrastructure, energy infrastructure, road and rail, and large scale multi-use schemes. Sarah is a barrister and a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association.
