Norton Rose Fulbright advises Dentsply Sirona in US$375M acquisition

Norton Rose Fulbright represented Dentsply Sirona in its agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of privately-held MIS Implants Technologies Ltd. for $375 million in cash.

An Israeli-based dental implant systems manufacturer, MIS has annual sales of approximately $80 million. MIS is a leader in the value segment of the market, selling its products through a wide distribution network that includes a direct sales force and reaches over 65 countries.

Norton Rose Fulbright’s New York corporate, M&A and securities team involved in this deal included partners Steve Suzzan and Roy Goldman, senior counsel Bill Stelwagon and foreign legal advisor Leonie Arendt.
