Artur Jończyk is a corporate finance lawyer based in Warsaw.
He focuses on providing legal services to Polish and international companies. Since the beginning of his career as a lawyer, he has worked on M&A, primarily focusing on projects involving the acquisition of blocks of shares, restructuring of holding companies and large corporations.

Advised a consortium of financial institutions on the PLN 3.7 billion (€880 million) refinancing of Światłowód Inwestycje, Poland’s largest wholesale-only fibre-optic network operator.
Advised Aegon Growth Capital Fund on the sale of 44% share stake in Phinance.
Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on €3 billion project financing for the construction of the 1.5 GW Baltica 2 offshore wind project developed in a joint venture with Ørsted.
Advised Velvet CARE on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue.
Advised Abris Capital Partners on the sale of 100% of the shares in DOT2DOT S.A., the largest independent premium packaging producer in Central Europe, to Van Genechten Packaging.
Advised AMC V SCA SICAV RAIF, part of Accession Capital Partners (ACP), on significant mezzanine financing granted to eFaktor S.A., specialist providers of factoring services for SMEs.
