Biography

Philip Archer is a commercial dispute resolution lawyer based in Sydney.

Philip's practice is focused on complex commercial disputes and investigations.  He represents clients in proceedings concerning contract law, misleading and deceptive conduct and other consumer law claims, financial services regulation, competition law, corporations law and directors' duties, insolvency, professional negligence, insurance coverage, securities law, and administrative law, including both judicial review and merits review.  He also regularly assists clients to respond to regulatory investigations and conduct internal investigations.
