- Anglo American, Chile – advising Anglo American Marketing and a Kimura fund on an offtake-linked development financing to Chilean copper mining company Minera Tres Valles SpA.
- FMO and BIX Capital, Africa – advising FMO and BIX Capital on their joint financing of C-Quest Capital LLC's carbon credit generation projects across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- AMP Capital, Australia – advising AMP Capital infrastructure funds on its financing to support Stilmark group's expansion of its telecommunication towers portfolio across Australia.
- Anglo American, Australia – advising Anglo American Marketing in connection with its portfolio of secured and unsecured prepayment finance and other related transaction with Australian mining companies for commodities including iron ore and coking coal.
- Sunraysia Solar Farm, NSW Australia – advising the sponsor, Maoneng Australia, on the development and project financing of the 255MWp Sunraysia Solar Farm near Balranald in southern New South Wales (2008 Project Finance International (PFI) Award's Asia Pacific Solar Deal of the Year).
- Bomen Solar Farm, NSW Australia – advising Renew Estate on its development and sale of its 120MW Bomen Solar Farm in Wagga Wagga New South Wales to Spark Infrastructure.
- Rodds Bay Solar Farm, Queensland Australia – advising United Green on its acquisition of the 300MW Rodds Bay Solar Farm in Queensland's Gladstone region.
- Mount Pleasant mine, NSW Australia – advising a syndicate of lenders financing Indonesian-sponsored MACH Energy Australia's Mount Pleasant coal mine in NSW, Australia.
