Norton Rose Fulbright advises Endeavour Invests in Series Funding

Global Press release - Business June 2025

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Endeavour Ventures LLC (Endeavour) on the finalization of an initial round of investment in shares and equity warrants in Tiamat.

Endeavour is a global developer of ultra-efficient, carbon-neutral, waterless cooled data centers and a cutting-edge technology provider.

Tiamat is an Amiens-based French sodium-ion battery design, development and manufacturing company. The high-speed, state-of-the-art batteries are uniquely suited to manage volatile AI compute loads safely and efficiently and will be used in Endeavour’s family of technologies, including its growing portfolio of Edged data centers.

After raising several rounds of financing completed with Stellantis, Arkema and MBDA, Tiamat is now moving into the industrialization stage with the aim of scaling rapidly into European and North American markets. Endeavour’s investment is coupled with a strategic commercial partnership for both parties, providing Tiamat with a mass market for its innovative sodium-ion battery cells.

The cross-practice Norton Rose Fulbright team who advised Endeavour on this transaction was led and coordinated by Paris-based corporate M&A partner Pierre François with assistance from counsel Catherine Mandon and associate Yaniv Mimoun.

EMEA head of tax partner Antoine Colonna and associate Alexandra Bloch-Manikow focused on the tax aspects of the transaction; partner Nadège Martin, counsel Clément Monnet and associate Laura Helloco on the intellectual property aspects, partner Laure Joncour and counsel Marie-Thérèse Eugénio on the employment aspects and partner Marta Giner Asins with associate Constance Chevreste on the competition aspects.
