Corporate lawyer joins Norton Rose Fulbright in San Francisco

Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that Lior Nuchi, a versatile corporate, M&A and securities lawyer, has joined the global law firm as a partner in its San Francisco office. He comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from McGuireWoods LLP.

Nuchi advises leading technology companies, investment banks and venture capital firms on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, SEC reporting and FINRA and exchange matters.

Nuchi also represents clients with respect to intellectual property protection and litigation. In this capacity, he counsels on patent strategy and prosecuting strategic patents, monetizing companies’ patent portfolios and acquiring strategic patents.

Nuchi received his JD from the New York University School of Law and a BA from Columbia University. He is admitted to practice in California.
