Before joining Fulbright, Mark was a law clerk to the Honorable John R. Brown, former Chief Judge for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mark was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1984. He has practiced before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, Louisiana; the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado; and the United States Supreme Court. He also appears regularly in various Texas state courts, including its Courts of Appeals, as well as in the federal courts, including the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas.
