To mark International Women’s Day, the Women in Norton Rose Fulbright (WiN) network held a candid and dynamic conversation with Jennifer Teskey, Managing Partner, Canada  and Stéphanie Jules, Senior Counsel at BMO and Globe & Mail Changemaker Award Winner.

Jennifer and Stéphanie traded stories about maintaining authenticity in your leadership journey, taking an active approach to managing your career, untethering from societal stereotypes held about women and much more, as they reflected on the lessons they are learning about themselves along their career journeys.
