Norton Rose Fulbright leads project refinancing for 93 MW Colombian power plant

Norton Rose Fulbright recently advised client MUFG Bank, Ltd. as Coordinating Lead Arranger in connection with the US$68.2 million project refinancing for the dual fuel reserve power plant in Colombia owned by Termonorte S.A.S. E.S.P. located in Santa Marta, Magdalena, Colombia.  
  
The dual fuel reserve power plant benefits from a reliability charge providing a fixed monthly USD indexed income to the project.
