Two lawyers listed in Who's Who Legal Commercial Litigation 2021

Two Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers have been included in the eDiscovery Who's Who Legal directory, earning high marks for their knowledge in collecting, managing, and preserving information and cross-border data transfers.

David Kessler (New York), is recognized as a Global Elite Thought Leader and US leading individual. The Global Elite Thought Leaders are those individuals who received the highest number of nominations from peers, corporate counsel and other market sources this year. 

Kessler is the Global Head of eDiscovery and Information Governance and the US Head of Privacy and is a thought leader on issues involving eDiscovery, data privacy, information governance, and cyber security.
