Norton Rose Fulbright advises MTG on acquisition of Gamaga

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised MTG's blockchain-focused portfolio company Kongregate on its acquisition of Chilean development studio Gamaga.

Founded in 2009, Gamaga is one of the leading independent video game companies in Chile. The company has an experienced development team and has worked with established brands such as Sony, Div3rsion and iEntertainment Network on several successful games.

Kongregate's acquisition will allow it to build on an already well-established, close relationship with a partner in NFT and blockchain gaming, and accelerate its strategy as an NFT gaming pioneer. Going forward, Kongregate will leverage 100% of the acquired developer capacity to advance its blockchain projects.
