Norton Rose Fulbright advises on £284.5 million mandatory offer for Photo-Me International plc

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising BNP Paribas in its capacity as financial adviser to Tibergest PTE Ltd (Bidco), a company wholly-owned by Mr. Serge Crasnianski, the Chief Executive Officer of Photo-Me International plc (Photo-Me), on Bidco’s mandatory cash offer for the issued share capital of Photo-Me not already owned by Bidco (the Offer). The Offer values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Photo-Me at approximately £284.5 million.

Photo-Me operates, sells and services a wide range of instant service vending equipment, primarily aimed at the consumer market, and operates in 18 countries worldwide.

The London-based Norton Rose Fulbright team is being led by corporate partner Kit McCarthy and banking partner James Dunnett, with support from corporate associate FIorence Childs.
