Matthias Kemnitzer is a real estate lawyer based in Munich.

He focuses on advising national and international clients on all aspects of real estate and commercial property law. This includes comprehensive legal support in real estate transactions across all asset classes. He also advises companies on the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the areas of commercial tenancy law, property and asset management, and project development, including forward deals. A particular focus of his work lies in the negotiation of hotel and lease agreements.

Matthias studied law at the University of Passau with internships in Auckland/New Zealand. He spent his legal traineeship in Munich and Bayreuth.
