Dima Khuffash is a project finance lawyer based in London. 

Dima has experience of advising commercial lenders, development finance institutions and sponsors on the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects with a focus on emerging markets.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, she was an in-house associate counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and worked for an international law firm in United Arab Emirates.
