Nicolas Krämer is a corporate and M&A and corporate insurance lawyer based in Düsseldorf.

Nicolas focuses on advising German and international clients across the insurance sector, and advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as on supervisory and distribution law. In addition, he provides advice to InsurTechs and insurers in connection with the digitalization of the insurance sector.

During and after his university education, Nicolas worked for leading international law firms. His legal clerkship included stages with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action in Berlin and the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in New York.
