Norton Rose Fulbright advises Sirius Real Estate on acquisition of Quartier 231 in Oberhausen, Germany

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised real estate company Sirius Real Estate on the acquisition of Oberhausen's Quartier 231 business park. Quartier 231 is located in the heart of the western Ruhr region and has a total of 77,600 square meters of office and warehouse space.

Norton Rose Fulbright provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to Sirius Real Estate on the entire transaction. In addition to the negotiation of the purchase agreement, plus legal and tax due diligence, the advice also included the legal and tax structuring of the acquisition.

Sirius Real Estate is a leading owner and operator of business parks in Germany.
