New Internal Regulations of the National Energy Commission
The Internal Regulations of the National Energy Commission or “CNE” were published in the Federal Official Gazette.
State-specific OSHA guidelines: Tennessee

Tennessee maintains an OSHA approved occupational safety and health program administered by the Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development (DLWD) through its state Occupational Safety and Health Administration. While Tennessee has implemented an emergency temporary rule similar to the June 21 OSHA ETS directed to healthcare employers, it has not adopted or implemented a standard similar to the November 5, 2021, ETS directed to all employers with more than 100 employees. We except further information regarding the DLWD’s plans pending a decision by the US Supreme Court.
